Steel Navigational Buoys

(As per IALA Maritime System) ANST designs and manufactures world-class skirt-keel, steel buoys and Tail Tube Steel Navigational Buoys with m.s. angle superstructure, daymark / Topmark, Radar Reflector and rubber fender as per IALA maritime buoyage system. The steel buoy and tube buoys body and superstructure is grit blasted and painted with epoxy paint system of required colour. The body is tested to 0.5 kg./ cm² pressure to detect any leak before painting.

There are four standard buoys covering from harbour to open see application. Other sizes can be supplied as per customers specification.

The steel skirt keel buoys offered by us are widely used at harbours, estuaries, river, inner channels and open sea. These buoys are provided with mild steel angle superstructure, daymark / topmark, radar reflector and rubber fender as per IALA maritime buoyage system. Our range is also well tested as per the international standards in order to provide our clients a top class quality.

Steel Tail Tube Buoys

We offer steel tail tube buoys that are manufactured using premium grade material and in line with international industrial standards. The steel tail tube buoys are provided with superstructure and are grit blasted and painted with epoxy paint system of required color. These are also stringently tested in order ensure that they are free from any leak.

Radar Reflectors

The two sizes of hexagonal Radar Reflectors type RR - 25 and RR - 150 are designed to cover all sizes of buoys. They are made in six segments of non - corrosive aluminum sheets with proper paint system. The 6 segments are fitted in between two rings and the weight is kept as low as possible.
