The ANST FLC-6 six position Lampchanger is microcontroller based unit designed to operate 6 nos. d.c. operated tungsten halogen lamps fitted on a motorized carousel. The lampchanger is operated by PUF-24 programmable flasher.

Gearless Rotating Beacon | | GRB48-MKIII GEARLESS ROTATING BEACON | Features: The GRB-48 MK III is a versatile, stand-alone, weather proof, high intensity Gearless Rotating Beacon giving more than 20 n. miles at 0.74 and 32 n. miles at 0.85 ATF. This series of Beacons have been providing very reliable and long service in the various Light Houses since 1978. Optic Configuration: The rotating optic assembly can accommodate upto 8 Fresnel Less panels are required as per light characters, blanking plates are fitted in their place. Pre-Set Characters: The Beacon is programmed to set any speed between 5 sec to 120 sec. per revolution. But to make easy for the user, there are 20 standard characters which are preset and can be selected as required via the startup menu displayed on the LCD provided on the beacon control panel. Control Panel: The control panel is fitted on the front of the beacon body and a sealed transparent cover provides weather protection. The control panel is fitted with LED indicators, push buttons, and 2 line LCD module for setting up the beacon functions. The LED indicators displays the status of the beacon lamps, power supply, drive units and pedestal speed. Remote Monitoring can be provided as an optional. Lamp changer: The Beacon is fitted with a six place lamp changer having 6 halogen lamps ranging from 12V 20W to 12V 100W ratings. The lamp changer is controlled by PUF-24 programmable universal Flasher providing control and alarm functions.

Remote Monitoring System (By GPS & GSM) (For Buoys and Shore Beacons) | REMOTE MONITORING BY GPS & GSM SYSTE (For Buoys and Shore beacons) ANST has developed a versatile remote monitoring system which uses the GSM cellular telephone network. The system is suitable for monitoring off-shore and on-shore stations, 24 hours a day from your designated telephone. The outstation is fitted with GPS receiver and 900/ 1800 MHz band GSM cellular radio unit that interfaces with the microprocessor running ANST software. Each station is associated with its own telephone number stored on a SIM card. At the receiver station one or more designated cellular telephones can be activated. The system carries following function. 1. Monitoring of LED Lights During night conditions the navigation Light is constantly monitored by measurement of the LED Current. If the LED Current is not detected or remains consistently below a set level, a “Light fail” message will be sent to all the designated mobile telephones. 2. Monitoring of Battery Voltage The system regularly measures the voltage and a Low Battery text message will be sent to the designated mobile telephones if the average voltage falls to below 11 volts. When the battery voltage rises to 12.5V, the alarm condition will be cleared. 3. Monitoring of Buoy Position The position of the buoy is constantly monitored by a 12 channel GPS receiver. If the buoy moves beyond an allowed limit an OFF STATION text message will be sent to the designated mobile telephones. The message will also keep giving the new Latitude and Longitude position of the drifted buoy. The Position Monitor includes a delay of approximately 15 Minutes. 4. Monitoring of Buoy Collision The buoys are fitted with a shock sensor. When a buoy is hit by a passing vassal a Buoy collision text message will be sent to all the designated mobile telephones. The Collision monitor can be disabled by sending a COL=OFF text message and the same will be confirmed. 5. Monitoring of GPS The output of the GPS receiver is constantly monitored. If the receiver fails, a GPS FAILED text message will be sent to the designated mobile telephones. It is possible to reset the GPS receiver by sending a GPS=Reset command text message. The buoy will respond with a GPS Reset text message. 6. Synchronising of Buoys and Shore Lights. The navigation Light characters can be synchronised by timing signals extracted from the output of the GPS receiver. If the GPS receiver signal fails, the light will continue to operate but will not be synchronised. Also GPS fail signal will be sent to the designated mobile telephones. 7. Status Report via Command Message The status of the buoys and shore lights can be verified by sending a REPORT text message any time. When the command message is sent during daylight the light will be energized for a second. If the light did not switch on, the reply will show “Light fail” | Send Enquiry |
