We have been designing, supplying, installing and commissioning Navigation aids equipment on turn-key basis since 1974. These aviation light, obstruction light, solar obstruction light and LED navigation light included GRP and Steel Buoys, Gearless rotating Beacons for Lighthouses, Gas operated and Solar operated off-shore and on-shore navigation and Aviation Lights to the entire satisfaction of our National and International customers. We have applied the same high technology in designing a very unique, efficient and economical aviation light, obstruction light, solar obstruction light, LED navigation light and solar operated LED street lighting system which can be easily implemented in the existing and new installations thus saving a huge amount of conventional energy by scarifying nothing and the cost being recovered within 3 years.

Navigation Lighting System
 | (As per IALA Maritime System) Being a very important part of navigation purpose, we manufactured navigation lighting system and navigation LED lighting system as per the requirements of the clients. These are precision engineered as per the industrial standards by using advanced technology. Moreover, these navigation lighting system and navigation LED lighting system are tested on various stringent quality parameters to ensure that the clients are availed with qualitative range.

Remote Monitoring System
| ANST has developed a versatile remote monitoring system, GPS monitoring system, offshore monitoring system and buoy monitoring system which uses the cellular telephone network. The system is suitable for monitoring off-shore and on-shore stations. The outstation is fitted with GPS receiver and 900/ 1800 MHz band cellular radio unit that interfaces with the microprocessor running ANST software. Each station is associated with its own telephone number stored on a SIM card exactly as used in a mobile telephone. At the receiver station one or more designated cellular telephones can be activated. | view all products

GRP Navigational Buoys
| As per IALA Maritime System ANST designs and manufactures world-class skirt keel Glass Reinforecd Polyester (GRP) Buoys, Navigational Buoy, GRP Buoy and Glass Reinforced Plastic Buoy with m.s. superstructure daymark / Topmark, Radar reflector as per IALA maritime buoyage system. The UV stabilized Colour pigment of the buoy is permanently impregnated during manufacture. A steel structure is fitted inside the buoy body joining mooring and lifting eyes together to give further strength. The Navigational Buoy,GRP Buoy,Glass Reinforced Plastic Buoy body is filled with polyurethane Foam to make the buoy virtually unsinkable and provides rigidity to the GRP body.

Steel Navigational Buoys
| (As per IALA Maritime System) ANST designs and manufactures world-class skirt-keel, steel buoys and Tail Tube Steel Navigational Buoys with m.s. angle superstructure, daymark / Topmark, Radar Reflector and rubber fender as per IALA maritime buoyage system. The steel buoy and tube buoys body and superstructure is grit blasted and painted with epoxy paint system of required colour. The body is tested to 0.5 kg./ cm² pressure to detect any leak before painting.
