GRP Navigational Buoys

As per IALA Maritime System ANST designs and manufactures world-class skirt keel Glass Reinforecd Polyester (GRP) Buoys, Navigational Buoy, GRP Buoy and Glass Reinforced Plastic Buoy with m.s. superstructure daymark / Topmark, Radar reflector as per IALA maritime buoyage system. The UV stabilized Colour pigment of the buoy is permanently impregnated during manufacture. A steel structure is fitted inside the buoy body joining mooring and lifting eyes together to give further strength. The Navigational Buoy,GRP Buoy,Glass Reinforced Plastic Buoy body is filled with polyurethane Foam to make the buoy virtually unsinkable and provides rigidity to the GRP body.
